I love the story, it's very engaging and spooky! I agree that having the links be a different color could help them to stand out. Also, having the sidebar background be a different color or maybe a bit farther away from the text could give the story some room? The type and color for you've chosen is really nice but having it all the same can make it feel a bit crowded at times. Other than that, I think you've done a wonderful job and I'm excited to see what you add to the story! :)
UI of the game was done very well, the font and color of the text sell the feeling of being alone and cold very well. My only critique is that I want more of the story, you've already hooked me in.
Love the save game options and the side bar elements! The font and color have that cold icy/water feel and adds to the immersion. My only critique is that the links are a bit hard to discern from the text since it's the same color, maybe having the options a bit different would help the viewer progress more easily, overall nice job!

I'm obsessed with how each line of text pops in and the side bar. I'm so intrigued what will happen in part 2...
The links should be a different color which you can do like (enchant: ?Link, (text-colour: red))
