The pixel art is adorable! c: Maybe there can be an indication of how many waffles you collected on the screen, also, adding a navigation of which direction the enemy comes from might help the player better explore the space, overall, it was great!
Woah, I love the pixel art of the dog! Very very cute. I laughed when the dog sprite suddenly rotated, though I don't know if that's your intention. As you develop the game, I wonder if you can introduce the video game "enemy" or threat faster so I feel more competitive / tense while playing.
haha very cute! would really love a respawn mechanic so I don't have to refresh the game. Also maybe some indicators of where the waffles are or how close the chef is to you, would make the gameplay flow a little more guided and interesting. well done!!
The art and concept is so charming, i love the freedom of movement. I'd simply suggest tweaking gravity and the move component so the dog doesn't move upside down or slide. Overall though, really excited to see what it becomes and awesome job!
I love the pixel art so much I can't wait to see this finished. I think adding a restart button and more waffles are the main things that need addressing.
